Dear Friend,

The holiday season is definitely upon us, each of us finding meaning in ways that are personal. For me, the holiday season brings about an intensified focus on honoring and gifting those whom I love. It also brings my attention to the winter solstice, this time of the year where we prepare to let go of the days of greatest darkness and welcome the return of the Light. As a symbol, it brings these questions to my mind:

“What is the darkness in my life that I want to let go of?”
“What is the light that I want to welcome and call into my life?”

The question that is calling to me most specifically this year, is

“What is the Light in me that is wanting to be expressed?”

Allowing our own Light to shine is one of the greatest gifts we can give those we love. Our Light acts as a beacon, calling forth the Light in others.

I invite you to contemplate these questions as a holiday gift to yourself.

May your own Light shine brightly this holiday season.

Mollie Malone is a life coach and transpersonal counselor. She received her Bachelor of Science in experimental psychology and a Master of Arts in counseling psychology. Over the years she has augmented her education with in-depth trainings within the human potential arena and the study of metaphysics. She has extensive training in the Hoffman Quadrinity Process methodology and is trained in the Hakomi method of psychotherapy. Mollie is a licensed Now What? facilitator and is a certified professional co-active coach trained by the Coaches Training Institute.
